Candidature Requirements
The Superior-Level Test is project-based, and registration will only be accepted when a test administration is commissioned by an institution (e.g. schools, agencies, or organizations). Individual registration will not be accepted.

The institution will be asked to specify in writing the aim of the test, the preferred test content, the intended date of the test, and provide a roster of candidates (indicating which tests have been previously taken) in order to facilitate the LTTC's evaluation of the application.

The test is aimed at candidates with English ability that approaches that of a native speaker who has received a higher education.

Candidates will be required to provide certificates from either the LTTC GEPT Advanced Level (test dates within three years) or Cambridge Examinations CAE, or they must submit a TOEFL-CBT score that is above 280 or an IELTS score of at least 7.
