「全民英檢」高級測驗成績計算及通過標準

一、

聽力及閱讀能力測驗成績採標準計分方式，每題3分，滿分120分。為了使歷次測驗的成績可以直接進行比較，考生成績將根據粗分（答對題數乘以每題分數）透過統計方式調整，以維持測驗成績的可比性。
寫作能力測驗與口說能力測驗評分使用級分制，分為0~5級分。
各項成績通過標準如下：

初試
測驗項目	通過標準	滿分
聽力測驗	兩項測驗成績總和達160分，且其中任一項成績不低於72分。（自97年起生效，不溯及既往）	120分
閱讀能力測驗	兩項測驗成績總和達160分，且其中任一項成績不低於72分。（自97年起生效，不溯及既往）	120分

例如某甲考生聽力成績78分、閱讀82分，其總分為160分，且兩項成績皆不低於72分，則已達初試通過標準，可報考該級數之複試；另如某乙考生聽力成績94分、閱讀70分，雖然其兩項成績總和達164分（已高於160分），但因閱讀成績低於72分，故未達初試通過標準，不得報考該級數之複試。


1.	凡應考且合乎規定者，無論成績通過與否一律發給成績單。初試及複試各項測驗成績通過者，發給合格證書（與複試成績單一併寄發）。成績紀錄自測驗日期起由本中心保存2年，逾期申請加發成績單／合格證書恕無法受理。
2.	成績單及合格證書於考後成績公布日期起以掛號郵件陸續寄出並同時提供為期1週的網路及電話語音查分服務。成績資料視同個人資料，不受理以電話或其他方式查詢。
3.	已通過高級測驗並取得合格證書者，1年內不得再報考同級數或較低級數之測驗。違反本規定報考者，其應試資格將被取消。
4.	考生報名之個人資料與作答資料之保存與使用，由本中心遵循電腦處理個人資料保護法等相關規定，供測驗行政、閱卷、成績計算、統計、評分老師訓練等用途使用；考生並同意將作答資料之著作財產權及相關智慧財產權授權本中心，在不記名方式及不披露考生身分之原則下，作為後續分析或研究使用，本中心得轉授權予第三人供學術研究使用。

二、寫作能力測驗整體式評分量表

3(Pass)

	Parts of the task are not addressed or are unclear. The content is inadequate or lacks relevance.
	The text lacks logical organization and coherence which may lead to confusion.
	The range of vocabulary is inadequate to complete the tasks and/or lexical items are often used inappropriately.
	Structures used are often inaccurate and/or inappropriate.

	All parts of the task are clearly addressed. The content is relevant and adequate.
	The text is coherent and logically organized in general.
	The range of vocabulary is adequate to complete the tasks and lexical items are used appropriately most of the time.
	Structures used are accurate and appropriate for the most part.

	All parts of the task are effectively addressed. The entire content is relevant and more than adequate.
	The text is coherent and logically organized throughout.
	A wide range of vocabulary is used to complete the tasks effectively.
	A wide range of structures is used to complete the tasks accurately, appropriately and effectively.

Plagiarism* will result in failure.

*	plagiarism: more than three consecutive words are copied from the Task 1 input without appropriate quotation

Non-ratable* essays will receive a final score of "0."

A composition is considered "non-ratable" when

	the length is shorter than 80 words, or
	the content is totally irrelevant, or
	the content has apparently been copied or memorized from other known materials, or
	the handwriting is completely unintelligible.

三、口說能力測驗整體式評分量表

3(Pass)

	Utterances are frequently unintelligible and incomprehensible.
	Contributions are frequently irrelevant and inadequate.
	The range, accuracy and appropriateness of language used is inadequate.
	The candidate doesn't speak with ease.
	The candidate doesn't speak coherently in extended turns.

	Utterances are intelligible and comprehensible.
	Contributions are relevant and adequate.
	The range, accuracy and appropriateness of language used is adequate.
	The candidate generally speaks with ease.
	The candidate speaks coherently in extended turns.

	The candidate has no problems with either sounds or utterances.
	Contributions are both relevant and more than adequate.
	The range, accuracy and appropriateness of language used is more than adequate.
	The candidate speaks fluently with minimal hesitations.
	Speech is very well-organized in extended turns.
