Do we eat to live or live to eat? People in Taiwan definitely live to eat! May 23 was Restaurant Day at LTTC-LI, and it demonstrated, without a doubt, that our students are really into food! Teams of students were tasked with setting up themed restaurants and presenting their dishes in English. On event day, there was a wonderful variety of venues: American, Thai, East-West fusion, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian, and Taiwanese. The result was an informative feast for the senses, with fantastic restaurant decorations and a plethora of culinary delights. Congratulations to the participants for doing an exemplary job of serving participants the culture of their nations, both figuratively and literally! It was truly a gastronomic event!
