為鼓勵語言學、應用語言學、語言教學、語言測驗相關研究，LTTC特自民國108年2月起提供語言教學實踐與研究計畫補助，分兩大類別：一、一般研究計畫， 二、雙邊合作計畫，申請辦法如下：
The LTTC Teaching and Research Grants are intended to support research related to linguistics, applied linguistics, language teaching, and language assessment. Two types of grants are offered for: ➊ general research programs, and ➋ joint-funded research programs with the LTTC.

申請資格

具本國國籍，任職於國內各級學校之現職專任或約聘教師（不含兼任教師）

具本國國籍，就讀於國內大學或研究所之在學大學、碩、博士生

符合申請資格者得依專長參考本中心公布之研究領域及主題依規定時程申請，執行期間以一年為原則。

Both domestic and international educational/research institutions -
符合申請資格之機構，由計畫主持人以機構名義提案，依據《作業要點》所列研究主題，申請與本中心共同合作研究，執行期間以一年為原則。
The research proposal must be submitted by the principal investigator on behalf of the educational or research institution he or she represents. The research area is limited to one of those listed in the guidelines. The research project will be undertaken jointly by the LTTC and the Awardee. The grant period is one year.
